Executive Government Administration Exemption Regulations, E-13.1 Reg 12
These regulations exempt two listed officeholders from certain requirements of the Executive Government Administration Act and repeal an earlier exemption regulation.

No annual return required 2 Section 12 of The Executive Government Administration Act does not apply to: (a) the minister responsible for the administration of The Provincial Secretary’s Act in connection with work performed by the minister pursuant to that Act; or (b) the President of the Executive Council in connection with work performed by the Executive Council. 14 Jne 2019 cE-13.1 Reg 12 s2. Approval for certain contracts not required 3 Subsection 18(2) of The Executive Government Administration Act does not apply with respect to agreements for the provision of goods and services that are routinely required for the normal operation of a ministry. 14 Jne 2019 cE-13.1 Reg 12 s3. RRS c G-5.1 Reg 18 repealed 4 The Government Organization Exemption Regulations are repealed. 14 Jne 2019 cE-13.1 Reg 12 s4.
