Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Regulatory Modernization and Accountability Act. 11 Apr 2014 cR-16.3 Reg 1 s2. Reporting requirements 3 For the purposes of subsection 3(1) of the Act, the report prepared by the minister must contain information respecting the measures undertaken or proposed to be undertaken to modernize regulations during the reporting period. 11 Apr 2014 cR-16.3 Reg 1 s3. Coming into force 4(1) These regulations come into force on the day on which section 1 of The Regulatory Modernization and Accountability Act comes into force.
