These regulations define “Act” and “real estate agent,” designate listed Acts, associations, and professions for the Act, repeal the prior regulations, and say they come into force when filed with the Registrar of Regulations.

Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Professional Corporations Act; (b) “real estate agent” means an individual who is registered pursuant to The Real Estate Act as: (i) a broker; (ii) a branch manager; (iii) an associate broker; or (iv) a salesperson. 22 Jly 2011 SR 52/2011 s3.
