1 EXPROPRIATION PROCEDURE E-16 REG 1 The Expropriation Procedure Regulations being Chapter E-16 Reg 1 (effective July 16, 1982). NOTE: This consolidation is not official. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 E-16 REG 1 EXPROPRIATION PROCEDURE CHAPTER E-16 REG 1 The Expropriation Procedure Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Expropriation Procedure Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Expropriation Procedure Act. 23 Jly 82 cE-16 Reg 1 s2.
