Definitions 2 In these regulations: “agricultural operation” means a small business that derives revenues from carrying on farming operations; “small business” means a business operated in Saskatchewan for profit if the business: (a) employs not more than the equivalent of 20 full-time employees; and (b) does not otherwise meet the definition for a small business set out in subclause 2(1)(t)(i) of The Provincial Disaster Assistance Program Regulations, 2011. 24 Jne 2022 c E-8.1 Reg 3 s2. Program established 3 The Spring 2022 Provincial Disaster Assistance Supplemental Program is established to provide financial assistance to eligible agricultural operations affected by disasters in certain eligible assistance areas during the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on April 30, 2022 that do not meet the gross revenue requirements set out in subclause 2(1)(t)(i) of The Provincial Disaster Assistance Program Regulations, 2011. 24 Jne 2022 c E-8.1 Reg 3 s3. Parts of The Provincial Disaster Assistance Program Regulations, 2011 applicable 4 The following provisions of The Provincial Disaster Assistance Program Regulations, 2011 apply, with any necessary modification, to an agricultural operation that makes a claim pursuant to these regulations: (a) clauses 2(1)(a), (c) to (o), (q) to (s) and (u) to (y) and subsection 2(3); (b) Part II; (c) sections 12, 13, 20, 22, 23 and 25 to 27; (d) Part V; (e) Part VI. 24 Jne 2022 c E-8.1 Reg 3 s4.
