The permittee shall a) restrict cutting to the quantity, area and timber described hereon; b) Utilize all merchantable material in the timber cut; c) dispose of all logging and sawmill waste in such a manner as to prevent the start or spread of forest fire and in accordance with instructions from the forest officer; d) repair or pay for any damage to government improvements or experimental projects that may result from his operations; e) cut and remove timber in a manner satisfactory to the forest officer supervising the cutting and removal; f) submit returns on the prescribed form to the Commissioner of the Yukon Territory with dues at the rates set out in the Yukon Timber Regulations for materials cut: (dues paid in advance will be credited on submission of the final return); g) obtain the approval of the forest officer before constructing any roads, buildings or works necessary for the removal of timber from the area; and h) cease any logging or sawmill operations on the permit area immediately on receipt of notice in writing from the forest officer that there has been a violation of any of the terms and conditions on his permit or the authority under which it is issued. 2. The permittee shall not a) cause unnecessary damage to young growth or trees reserved from cutting by the Commissioner of the Yukon Territory; or b) cut any trees higher than 12 inches from the ground measured at the lower side except with the written permission of the Commissioner of the Yukon Territory. Le titulaire du permis doit respecter les conditions suivantes : a) Couper la quantité de bois autorisée, à l’endroit décrit sur le permis en ne prenant que le type de bois indiqué; b) utiliser toutes les parties commercialisables des arbres abattus; c) éliminer les déchets de coupe et de sciage de manière à prévenir les feux de forêt ou à en empêcher la propagation, conformément aux instructions reçues de l’agent forestier; d) réparer ou rembourser les dommages causés aux travaux d’aménagement du gouvernement ou aux projets expérimentaux qui résultent des activités de coupe; e) couper et enlever le bois à la satisfaction de l’agent forestier qui supervise les opérations; f) signaler les recettes réalisées au Commissaire du Yukon sur le formulaire prescrit, en remettant les frais établis dans le Règlement sur la coupe du bois du Yukon qui s’appliquent au bois coupé (les frais payés à l’avance seront crédités à la présentation du formulaire final); g) obtenir l’autorisation de l’agent forestier avant de bâtir un chemin ou des installations, ou d’entreprendre les travaux nécessaires à l’enlèvement du bois de l’endroit indiqué; h) interrompre immédiatement les activités de coupe ou de sciage à l’endroit visé advenant la réception d’un avis écrit de l’agent forestier indiquant qu’il y a eu infraction à l’une des conditions du présent permis ou d’un avis de l’autorité qui a délivré le permis. 2. Il est interdit d’endommager inutilement les jeunes pousses d’arbres que le Commissaire du territoire du Yukon a interdit de couper et de couper un arbre à plus de 12 pouces du sol, à partir de son point le plus bas, sans permission écrite du Commissaire.
