This regulation defines key wildlife terms and sets early hunting rules, including residency evidence, no hunting of bear cubs or certain female animals, and conclusive age determinations by officers or technicians. This provision sets hunting restrictions, licensing/seal rules, permit-hunt rules, and ministerial notice and permitting powers. This provision sets hunting rules, including Minister powers, drone bans, firearm and snare limits, and reporting duties after taking certain wildlife. This part regulates cervid carcasses and parts, chronic wasting disease reporting, export permits, outfitter and guide licensing, and certain fees and record-keeping. This provision lets the Minister issue certain wildlife-related permits, requires permit applicants to provide form information and pay the fee, and allows some limited possession, resale, and sale of wildlife parts under set conditions.
