This regulation sets rules for admission, transfer, discharge, inmate rights, communications, searches, discipline, complaints, and community corrections in Yukon correctional centres. Authorized persons may demand urine or breath samples from certain subjects, and the subject must wash hands and provide the sample within 2 hours.
