Uranium Mines (Ontario) Employment Exclusion Order

Order Excluding in Whole From the Application of Part IV of the Canada Labour Code Employment on or in Connection With Uranium Mines in The Province of Ontario that are Regulated Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Control Act Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 80.1* of the Canada Labour Code, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order excluding in whole from the application of Part IV of the Canada Labour Code employment on or in connection with uranium mines in the Province of Ontario that are regulated pursuant to the Atomic Energy Control Act, effective April 2, 1987. S.C. 1984, c. 39, s. 19 This Order may be cited as the Uranium Mines (Ontario) Employment Exclusion Order. Employment on or in connection with uranium mines in the Province of Ontario that are regulated pursuant to the Atomic Energy Control Act is hereby excluded, in whole, from the application of Part IV of the Canada Labour Code.
