S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 7(2) Remission is hereby granted to a country set out in column 1 of the schedule in the amount set out in column 2, which amount shall not be repaid and represents the amount of accrued interest owing to the Government of Canada on loans made through the Canada Account.
