This Act is called the Public Safety Act, 2002, and most of it comes into force on a day or days fixed by the Governor in Council.
An Act to amend certain Acts of Canada, and to enact measures for implementing the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, in order to enhance public safety Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows: Short title This Act may be cited as the Public Safety Act, 2002.
