Order Respecting the Fees to be Charged for Issuing Multiple-Unit Residential Building Construction Starts Certificates The Minister responsible for the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1981-1437 of 28 May, 1981*, made pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Order respecting the fees to be charged for the issuance by the Corporation of certificates of multiple-unit residential building construction starts. SI/81-81, 1981 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 1690 Ottawa, Ontario, this 30th day of June, 1981 This Order may be cited as the Construction Starts Fee Order. Where the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation carries out an inspection for the purpose of determining if a certificate may be issued by the Corporation certifying that the construction of a multiple-unit residential building has commenced, the person requesting the inspection and certificate shall pay a fee of $60 to the Corporation for each certificate requested after August 1, 1981.
