Specification of Statutory Provisions (Treasury Board) Order

Order Specifying the Provisions of Acts Respecting a Matter in Relation to which the Treasury Board is Authorized to Exercise the Powers of the Governor in Council This Order may be cited as the Specification of Statutory Provisions (Treasury Board) Order. The Treasury Board is authorized to exercise the powers of the Governor in Council under the provisions specified in the schedule. Subsection 8(1) and subsection 9(1) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act.
