Disposal at Sea Permit Fee Regulations

Permit holders must pay a $470 fee for each 1,000 m³ (or part) of authorized dredged material or inert, inorganic geological matter disposed of at sea, and the fee must be paid before permit publication or partly before publication with the balance due later.
