Kemano Completion Project Guidelines Order

Order Establishing the Kemano Completion Project Guidelines His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 6 of the Department of the Environment Act, is pleased hereby to approve the annexed Order establishing the Kemano Completion Project Guidelines, made by the Minister of the Environment on October 4, 1990. This Order may be cited as the Kemano Completion Project Guidelines Order. The Environmental Assessment and Review Process Guidelines Order does not apply to the project known as the Kemano Completion Project and, in particular, to any decisions made as a result of the Settlement Agreement entered into by Her Majesty in right of Canada, Her Majesty in right of the Province of British Columbia and Alcan Aluminum Limited on September 14, 1987 and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council P.C. 1987-2481 of December 10, 1987.
