Crown Waiver Order (Northwest Territories)

Crown Waiver Order (Northwest Territories) Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(a) of the Territorial Lands Act, is pleased hereby to order that all that portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying within 30.48 metres (100′) of the Ordinary High Water Mark of the Beaufort Sea in the Northwest Territories be included in the sale of the said lands. The whole of Lot numbered 11 in Block numbered 12B in the Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk in the Northwest Territories, as said lot is shown on a plan of survey of record number 56088 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 607.
