Annex Code 9075 Sales Tax Remission Order

Order Respecting the Remission of Sales Tax on Goods Classified Under Code 9075 of the Customs Tariff This Order may be cited as the Annex Code 9075 Sales Tax Remission Order. Remission is hereby granted of sales tax on all machinery and other goods imported into Canada, the customs duties on which are subject to drawback under Code 9075 of the Customs Tariff in an amount equal to the difference between the amount of sales tax paid or payable on all machinery and other goods and the amount of sales tax that would be payable in respect of all machinery and other goods if the duty-paid value used to calculate that sales tax were reduced by the amount of the drawback.
