Program Registration Fees Order

Order Prescribing the Fees To Be Paid for Registration under a Program Established Pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act and Order in Council P.C. 1984-398 of 2 February 1984*, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fees to be paid for registration under a program established pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act**. SI/84-38, 1984 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 961 S.C. 1980-81-82-83, c. 119 Ottawa, February 6, 1984 This Order may be cited as the Program Registration Fees Order. The fees payable by a person who applies to register in a Field Sampling Program, or for registration in an Analytical Program established pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act shall be as follows: Field Sampling Program $250, and Analytical Program, per laboratory 250.
