This Act may be cited as the Modernization of Benefits and Obligations Act, and its coming-into-force timing is set out in the text and by order of the Governor in Council for some provisions.
An Act to modernize the Statutes of Canada in relation to benefits and obligations Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows: Short title This Act may be cited as the Modernization of Benefits and Obligations Act.
