Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, the President of the Treasury Board and the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 24(3)a of the Auditor General Act, hereby S.C. 1995, c. 43, s. 5 (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2004-876 of July 20, 2004b; and SI/2004-109 (b) makes the annexed Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments. The requirements of subsections 24(1) and (2) of the Auditor General Act apply in respect of the departments set out in the schedule. This Direction comes into force on the day on which it is registered. Directions The directions made under subsection 24(3) of the Auditor General Act, as this subsection read immediately before the coming into force of section 18 of this Act, remain in force and are deemed to have been made under subsection 11(3) of this Act.
