Transfer of Duties Order

Transfer of Duties Order Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, S.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207 R.S., c. P-34 transfers from the Department of Employment and Social Development to the Office of Infrastructure of Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Employment and Social Development known as the Homelessness Policy Directorate; and transfers from the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities to the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion the powers, duties and functions exercised by the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities with respect to the Homelessness Policy Directorate.
