Corrected Certificates Remission Order

Corrected Certificates Remission Order His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it would be unreasonable to collect the fee payable to obtain corrected certificates issued between October 3, 1991 and June 8, 1992 under subsection 265(1) of the Canada Business Corporations Act, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 23(2.1)a of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Corrected Certificates Remission Order. S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 7(2) Remission is hereby granted to any corporation of the fees payable by that corporation pursuant to subsection 82(1) of the Canada Business Corporations Regulations, including any interest payable thereon, where the fees and the interest have not been paid in respect of corrected certificates issued pursuant to subsection 265(1) of the Canada Business Corporations Act between October 3, 1991 and June 8, 1992.
