Sales or Trades (Authorized Foreign Banks) Regulations

Certain financial instruments, securities, and bills of exchange may be sold or traded with prescribed classes of entities only if they are in denominations of $150,000 or more and the seller or trader gives written notice about the issuing foreign bank’s status.
