Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act Separate Agency Designation Order Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 209(3) of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, as enacted by section 2 of the Public Service Modernization Acta, hereby makes the annexed Public Service Labour Relations Act Separate Agency Designation Order. S.C. 2003, c. 22 Any separate agency set out in the schedule is hereby designated for the purposes of paragraph 209(1)(d) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act. This Order comes into force on April 1, 2005. Other references Unless the context requires otherwise, every reference to the Public Service Labour Relations Act in any provision of a regulation, as defined in section 2 of the Statutory Instruments Act, made under an Act of Parliament, other than a provision referred to in subsection (1) is to be read as a reference to the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act.
