Transfer of Duties Order

Transfer of Duties Order Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, transfers from the Minister of La Francophonie to the Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of La Francophonie under the Canadian Tourism Commission Actc that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2018-1016 of July 18, 2018d; and the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of La Francophonie under the Official Languages Acte that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2018-1017 of July 18, 2018f.
