Eldorado Nuclear Limited Exemption Order

Order Respecting the Exemption of Certain Property, Rights, Interests, Obligations and Liabilities of Her Majesty from the Application of Subsection 4(4) of the Eldorado Nuclear Limited Reorganization and Divestiture Act Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, pursuant to subsection 4(8) of the Eldorado Nuclear Limited Reorganization and Divestiture Act*, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting the exemption of certain property, rights, interests, obligations and liabilities of Her Majesty from the application of subsection 4(4) of the Eldorado Nuclear Limited Reorganization and Divestiture Act. S.C. 1988, c. 41 This Order may be cited as the Eldorado Nuclear Limited Exemption Order. In this Order,Act means the Eldorado Nuclear Limited Reorganization and Divestiture Act. (Loi) All the property, rights and interests of Her Majesty held on September 30, 1988 by Eldorado and all the obligations and liabilities of Her Majesty incurred by Eldorado and existing on September 30, 1988, except the shares of the corporation that is the successor corporation by way of amalgamation to Eldorado Resources Limited, Eldor Resources Limited and 119371 Canada Limited, are hereby exempt from the application of subsection 4(4) of the Act.
