Statute overview

About this statute

This part sets definitions, when the wastewater rules apply, and the main monitoring, reporting, sampling, notice, and record-keeping duties for owners or operators of wastewater systems. This provision sets out how transitional authorizations and certain temporary authorizations for wastewater systems are applied for, issued, used, reported on, corrected, renewed, revoked, or ended. The provision requires certain authorization applications to be filed electronically or, in limited cases, on paper, and requires the Minister to keep a public registry of listed authorizations. It also limits revocation of a temporary authorization until the holder can make written representations.
