Canada Federal Court Reports Distribution Order

Order Providing for Distribution without Charge of the Canada Federal Court Reports to Certain Persons, Institutions and Departments of the Government of Canada His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 58(3) of the Federal Court Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order providing for distribution without charge of the Canada Federal Court Reports to certain persons, institutions and departments of the Government of Canada. This Order may be cited as the Canada Federal Court Reports Distribution Order. Canada Federal Court Reports may be distributed without charge to judges of the Supreme Court of Canada; judges, deputy judges, supernumerary judges and retired judges of the Federal Court of Canada; judges of the Tax Court of Canada; judges who are members of the Canadian Judicial Council; the library of the Supreme Court of Canada; the library of the Federal Court of Canada; the library of the Department of Justice of the Government of Canada; the Translation Bureau of the Department of the Secretary of State of Canada; and the office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs of Canada.
