Order Transferring the Control and Supervision of Certain Portions of the Federal Public Administration in Passport Canada from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade to the Department of Citizenship and Immigration and to the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, effective July 2, 2013, S.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207 R.S., c. P-34 transfers to the Department of Citizenship and Immigration from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade the control and supervision of those portions of the federal public administration in Passport Canada within the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade known as the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, the Strategic Initiatives Division of the Operations Bureau, the e-Passport project team in the Operations Bureau, the Policy, Research and Communications Bureau, the Corporate Services and Human Resources Bureau, except for the regional Human Resources Units, the Security Bureau, the Business Information and Technology Bureau, except for the regional Information Technology Units, the Enterprise Alignment and Innovation Bureau, the Administrative Support unit of the Departmental Legal Services Unit, the Official Travel Section of the Central Operations Division of the Operations Bureau, the Certificate of Identity Section of the Central Operations Division of the Operations Bureau, and the Complex Case Management Units of the Operations Bureau; and transfers to the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade the control and supervision of those portions of the federal public administration in Passport Canada within the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade known as the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, the Strategic Operations Division of the Operations Bureau, the Functional Services Division of the Operations Bureau, the Western Operations Division of the Operations Bureau, the Eastern Operations Division of the Operations Bureau, the Ontario Operations Division of the Operations Bureau, the Central Operations Division of the Operations Bureau, except for the Official Travel Section and the Certificate of Identity Section, the regional Human Resources Units of the Corporate Services and Human Resources Bureau, and the regional Information Technology Units of the Business Information and Technology Bureau.
