CKFTA Rules of Origin Regulations His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 16(2)a of the Customs Tariffb, makes the annexed CKFTA Rules of Origin Regulations. S.C. 2001, c. 28, s. 34(1) S.C. 1997, c. 36 The following provisions of the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement have the force of law in Canada: Articles 3.1 to 3.6; Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 3.7; Articles 3.8 to 3.17; Article 3.20; and Annex 3-A. These Regulations come into force on the day on which section 47 of the Canada–Korea Economic Growth and Prosperity Act, chapter 28 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, comes into force, but if they are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered.
