CUFTA Rules of Origin Regulations
These regulations make certain CUFTA provisions legally effective in Canada, repeal the earlier CUFTA Rules of Origin Regulations, and set commencement by reference to section 9 of the Canada–Ukraine Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, 2023 or registration date if later.
