Pacific Hake Exemption Notice

Notice Excepting Certain Pacific Hake from the Operation of Section 29 of the Fisheries Act The Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to section 29 of the Fisheries Act, hereby makes the annexed Notice excepting certain Pacific hake from operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act. Ottawa, July 3, 1986 This Notice may be cited as the Pacific Hake Exemption Notice. Pacific hake caught in those waters described in the Pacific Fishery Management Area Regulations as Areas 121, 123, 124, 125 and 126 are hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act.
