About this statute

This text introduces a law approving the convention that creates the Customs Cooperation Council. A Customs Cooperation Council is created, to be called “the Council.” Council members must appoint one delegate and one or more alternate delegates. The Council may also admit observers. El Consejo tiene a cargo estudiar, examinar, elaborar, formular, difundir, suministrar y cooperar en asuntos de cooperación aduanera. Los Miembros del Consejo deben suministrar información y documentación al Consejo cuando se les solicite, pero no pueden ser obligados a revelar información confidencial en los supuestos indicados.
