This law says the Nation joins the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Santa Isabel, Tolima, honors the local campesino community, authorizes some investments, and sets out other provisions. La Nación se asocia a la celebración del centenario administrativo del Municipio de Santa Isabel y rinde homenaje a su población campesina. El Gobierno Nacional debe incluir tres obras específicas en el plan nacional de desarrollo y de inversiones públicas. The national government, through the Ministry of Public Works and the National Planning Department, must carry out the studies and prepare the plans needed for paving the Santa Isabel-Junín-Venadillo road and for building a market plaza and buying the related lot. El Gobierno Nacional puede pedir asistencia y cooperación económica para pavimentar la vía Santa Isabel-Junín-Venadillo, construir la plaza de mercado y constituir las servidumbres necesarias.
