The Nation joins the celebration of Caloto’s 450th administrative anniversary and honors its citizens for their contribution to the municipality’s development and progress. El Gobierno Nacional debe incluir en el plan de desarrollo e inversiones públicas de 1994 la construcción de varias obras de educación, acueducto, electrificación, deporte y salud. The National Planning Department must carry out the studies and prepare the plans needed for the construction works mentioned in Article 2. The National Government may request economic assistance and cooperation from the Department of Cauca, the Municipality of Caloto, and benefiting private parties for building the works covered by this law.
