The preamble says coffee-producing signatories aim to support fairer export values, stable agricultural income, and cooperation to balance coffee supply and demand. This article creates the Asociación de Países Productores de Café (APC). The Association’s objectives are to coordinate coffee policy among members, increase coffee consumption, balance global coffee supply and demand, improve coffee quality, and support producer countries.
