This law states that the Colombian State joins the Inter-Parliamentary Union. Se dispone afiliar al Congreso de la República de Colombia a la Unión Interparlamentaria. This article adopts the statutes of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. El Estado colombiano debe pagar los gastos que le correspondan como miembro de la Unión Interparlamentaria, según las contribuciones fijadas en los estatutos. The Colombian State must pay the expenses arising from this law, and they are charged to the budget of the Congress of the Republic of Colombia.
