Se crea el Fondo de Fomento Algodonero y su entidad administradora debe llevar sus recursos en cuentas separadas. Certain persons who produce cotton fiber and seed in Colombia, or who import cotton fiber, yarn, or cotton blends, must pay the Algodón Promotion levy.
