About this statute

This preamble states that Law 241 of 1995 prorogues, modifies, and adds to Law 104 of 1993, and includes a note that it was expressly repealed by Article 131 of Law 418 of 1997. This article extends the validity of the listed articles of Law 104 of 1993. This article is repealed. This article changes the title of Chapter III of Title I of the First Part of the Law. This provision lets authorized government representatives and the National Government take peace-process measures with guerrilla groups, and lets the Government and officials manage capture warrants, temporary locations, security, and participant lists.
