This law honors the Nation’s association with Corinto (Cauca) for the 200th anniversary of General José María Obando’s birth and orders infrastructure works. The Nation honors and associates itself with the community of Corinto for the 200th anniversary of General José María Obando’s birth. The national government is authorized to allocate budget funds for specified public works and facilities in 1996, 1997, and 1998. The cited municipalities must submit the respective designs to the National Planning Department for purposes of Article 2. Se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional a celebrar operaciones presupuestales y contratos necesarios para cumplir esta ley.
