Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says Colombia and the Czech Republic agree to strengthen commercial relations based on sovereignty, equal rights, mutual benefit, and their regional and international obligations. For commercial exchange, natural and legal persons of both parties must formalize contracts under the Agreement and use international market prices as a reference. Each contracting party must give the other party’s economic agents the facilities needed to organize fairs and exhibitions.
