Para ejercer arquitectura o sus profesiones auxiliares se debe acreditar la formación e idoneidad, presentar el título correspondiente y obtener la matrícula o certificado expedido por el consejo profesional. Solo los arquitectos que cumplan los requisitos indicados pueden obtener la tarjeta profesional, ejercer la profesión y usar el título en el territorio nacional.
