El patrimonio de familia solo puede constituirse sobre un inmueble de dominio pleno que no esté en copropiedad proindiviso ni gravado con hipoteca, censo o anticresis, y cuyo valor no supere 250 salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes. This article says that items a) and b) of Article 4 of Law 70 of 1931 are replaced with new wording. The article says family property may be constituted for certain family groups.
