About this statute

This law approves a commercial agreement between the Government of Morocco and the Government of Colombia, plus related notes. Las dos partes contratantes deben darse trato de nación más favorecida for imports and exports of goods from both countries, subject to GATT-based obligations and listed exceptions. The contracting parties must take necessary measures to help the continuous growth of trade between Morocco and Colombia. The agreement’s stipulations apply to all products exchanged between the contracting parties, subject to the laws and regulations in force in both countries. The Contracting Parties must encourage commercial contracts, including long-term contracts, between natural and legal persons of both countries.
