ARTÍCULO 1o. La Nación se asocia a la celebración de los cuatrocientos cuarenta y cinco (445) años de la fundación del municipio de Mariquita en el departamento del Tolima.

Authorizes the National Government to add budget appropriations, directly or through national cofinancing, up to COP 1.2 billion for specific infrastructure works in urban Mariquita, Tolima.

ARTÍCULO 2o. Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para incorporar dentro del presupuesto general de la nación, y/o impulsar a través del sistema nacional de cofinanciación apropiaciones presupuestales hasta por la suma de mil doscientos millones de pesos ($1.200.000.000), que permitan la ejecución de las siguientes obras de infraestructura en el municipio de Mariquita en el departamento del Tolima. Reconstrucción y modernización de la bocatoma, red de conducción, planta de tratamiento, red de distribución y tanques de almacenamiento, del acueducto de la zona urbana de Mariquita.
