Las Partes deben otorgarse recíprocamente el trato de Nación más favorecida y ajustar sus relaciones comerciales bilaterales a las obligaciones y derechos del acuerdo de la OMC y sus anexos. The most-favored-nation rule does not apply to certain trade advantages and facilities listed in this article. Las Partes pueden autorizar la importación de ciertos artículos con exoneración o reducción de derechos aduaneros, sujeto a la reglamentación vigente en cada país.
