The national budget for fiscal year 2000 is reduced by COP 55,359,317,657. Authorizes opening budget credits for the 2000 fiscal year totaling $55,359,317,657 COP, using resources referred to in the previous article.

Section preamble
The national budget for fiscal year 2000 is reduced by COP 55,359,317,657.
Section 3o
Certain defense and security bodies are exempt from Articles 32 and 33 of Law 547 of 1999, and for qualifying contracts before 31 December 2000 they must set up budget reserves.
Section 6o
Unclaimed state electoral contributions prescribe after one year counted from the electoral debate.
