About this statute
This text identifies Law 694 of 2001, which is intended to facilitate the definition of military status. The Army’s Recruitment and Reserve Control Directorate must hold special nationwide calls within one year to define military status for people over 28. The provision also sets a 20% military compensation fee, a 10% fee for military card laminating/issuance, and a temporary exemption for certain people in strata 1 and 2 who come to regularize.
