This law regulates the Interministerial Compensation Fund. The Interministerial Compensation Fund is a separate account fund without legal personality or its own staff, under the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. The Interministerial Compensation Fund has resources up to an annual amount equal to 1% of the Nation’s current revenues. Los recursos del Fondo de Compensación Interministerial solo pueden usarse para cubrir faltantes de funcionamiento en la vigencia fiscal, y no para ciertos otros gastos. Sets a procedure for requesting and approving budget resources from the interministerial compensation fund.
