About this statute

This law regulates the Interministerial Compensation Fund. The Interministerial Compensation Fund is a separate account fund without legal personality or its own staff, under the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. The Interministerial Compensation Fund has resources up to an annual amount equal to 1% of the Nation’s current revenues.
