La Nación se vincula a la conmemoración de los 150 años de fundación del municipio de Girardot.

ARTÍCULO 1o. La Nación se vincula a la conmemoración de los ciento cincuenta (150) años de Fundación del municipio de Girardot, departamento de Cundinamarca, que se cumplen el 9 de octubre de 2002.

El artículo expresa reconocimiento y exaltación al empuje y tesón de las gentes por su aporte al desarrollo económico y social y al progreso e integración de la comunidad cundinamorquesa.

ARTÍCULO 2o. Por este medio, exalta el empuje y tesón de sus gentes por lograr el desarrollo econ6mico <sic> y social de la ciudad y reconocimiento a su valioso aporte al progreso e integración de la comunidad cundinamorquesa.
